  • The forest heals our soul, body and mind.
  • The forest offers us solace and peace.
  • The forest allows us to connect with Mother Nature.
  • The forest can give us answers to the questions that trouble us.


HOW? 

  • The forest is literally a sacred place for me, for which I am eternally grateful. When I enter the forest, I feel happy. Every visit to the forest is like Christmas for my soul. I would like to pass on this joy, peace and harmony.
  • I know that some people do not go into the forest because they have no one to go with and they don't want to go alone or they are afraid. I find that a shame and would like to change that with individual or small group walks. 


WHAT exactly does it mean?

  • We take a slow conscious walk up to 5 km.
  • We will try out simple and easy mindfulness exercises for mindfulness, which you can then practice regularly on your own when visiting the forest, the park or anywhere else.
  • During the meeting you can share, but you can also remain silent. Everything is voluntary.
  • Everything takes place in a safe and confidential space.
  • Weather and river levels permitting, I will also take you to places off the main road to connect more with nature. :)
